Street Lamp

Does inspiration ever hit you at the most random times? Like last night as I was rearranging my living room– again– at 12:30 in the morning. I got the best idea. I have this lamp. Its a oil rubbed bronze floor lamp from {Shhhh…..Walmart} that Court got for me about 4 years ago. I really love it but I haven’t used it for a minute because I needed the shade for something else. I decided that I needed to put it back in my living room because I would much rather use 3 lamps than the ceiling light,  possibly strange- I don’t know. I was contemplating what kind of shade I would need,  then I was bugged because I would have to buy one for $20-$30 which I DON’T do. Then BA-BAM! Best idea ever~! I had bought this smoky glass globe light at the DI (goodwill) the day before because it was AWESOME and I thought that I could put it on my massive dining table and it would be a cute vase-ish thing,  right? Well….Goodbye dining table, Hello floor lamp! Doesn’t it look like it should be on some super cool street that’s not in St. George? Its amazing what you can do with no sleep and $3.00 (which is what the globe cost me.)
